  • Deleted file recovery
  • Formatted drive recovery

    • 2. No Guarantee Clause

    Recovery success is probabilistic and not guaranteed. AI-generated recovery predictions may contain inaccuracies.

    3. Payment Terms

  • Free preview: First 10MB recovery FREE
  • Standard rate: ₹20/GB of recovered data
  • Billed only for successful recovery
  • No hidden charges
  • MATH.CEIL(TOTAL MB / 1000) × ₹20

    • 4. Payment Finalization Clause

    Charges apply only after successful preview confirmation and user approval.

    5. Refund Policy

  • 100% refund if no data recovered
  • Partial refund for partial recovery
  • Refund processed within 7 business days

    • 6. Limitation of Liability

  • Not responsible for data overwritten by user
  • Recovery success depends on drive condition
  • Maximum liability limited to payment amount

  • Recovering data from drives you don't own
  • Using for illegal activities
  • Reverse engineering our software

    • 8. Software Updates

    We may release updates, patches, security fixes, compatibility improvements, and feature enhancements. Continued use of the software may require installation of such updates.
